This program is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in an 12–18-month Gap Year Experience—bridging the gap between academia and a high-level professional career.
  
  Program Overview: As a true sales representative, you'll work in outside sales as a saddle fitting specialist, in direct contact with equestrian professionals. You'll use your unique sales talents and your passion for the equestrian world to achieve the targets.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our sales team to welcome and inform clients about our high-end products, gaining in-depth product knowledge.
  • Accompany senior sales and management teams during both sales and after-sales operations, learning directly from industry leaders.
  • Assist our field teams in inventory management and sales monitoring, providing valuable support in day-to-day operations.
  • Engage in a strategic role that offers opportunities for leadership development and decision-making, preparing you for a successful career in business or the equestrian field.

  Profile:
  • You hold a degree or are in the process of completing your studies with a business focus, and you're looking for a gap year or a long-term professional experience.
  • Passionate about the equestrian industry with a strong interest in our products.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure.
  • Dynamic, adaptable, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
